Club Access & Professional Coverage

Courts are available to be booked from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week, via the Club's online booking system, with the Club staffed by one of it's Professional generally from 9am-7pm weekdays and 9am-6pm at weekends. All members should have their own key to access the Club when the Professionals aren't here or are on court, so please make sure you check before travelling that you have your key with you.

As there will be times when the court is left empty for periods of time, we ask all members to make sure that if no-one follows them onto court, they collect up all the balls and leave them in the club room and turn out the court lights before leaving.  In addition to this if you are the last players on court that day, please make sure that all other lights are off and the doors are locked behind you when you leave.

Court Charges and Member Account Statements

A full list of all court and lesson charges can be found in the Pro Shop section of the website.

All members court accounts are automatically charged on the day of the booking.  Members then have the option of paying on the day or receiving a court account statement at the end of the month with all their charges displayed.  Members can then settle by online transfer, or by cash or cheque next time they are in the Club.

Late Cancellation & No Show Fees
If a member wishes to cancel a booking for any reason they must give prior notice 12pm noon 2 days before the booking to avoid a late cancellation fee.

If a member cancels within this time and no replacement can be found they will be liable for the whole court fee of the booking.

If a member cancels on the day they will be liable for a Pro Fee if required, as well as their share of the court fee.

Risk of Injury
All players play at their own risk. The Club can accept no responsibility for any injury, however caused. On some occasions the court floor is affected by rainwater leaks from the roofing or condensation making the surface slippery. It is solely the players responsibility if they choose to play.
